Exceptionally conditioning for stressed skin. Cranberry oil contains an equal ratio of Omega-3, 6, and 9 fatty acids. Also contains all eight forms of vitamin E and sterols.
Jojoba Oil
A unique biomimetic wax that deeply replenishes worn-and-torn skin.
Sea Buckthorn Berry Oil

I’m typically not a review guy & I wasn’t going to leave one for total cranarchy, but the results make it difficult to resist. Last night 8/31/2026, we worked on collar choke variations in class. I left with decent redness on my neck that usually stays for a day or two before fading. However, as soon as I got home and showered/cleansed with the char goals bar, I immediately applied total cranarchy to my face and neck. Woke up this morning 9/1/2026 and the redness was gone. Don’t believe me? See the photos for yourself. It’s legit. I also apply the balm to any bruises I collect in training. Again, I’m not a review guy, but the results are undeniable.
GUYS THIS HAS BEEN A GAME CHANGER FOR ME, AND FOR MY ECZEMA. I STRUGGLE WITH MY ECZEMA FLARING WHEN I AM DOING JIUJITSU, AND WHEN THE WEATHER IS CHANGING, I LIVE IN MINNESOTA SO THE WEATHER IS ALWAYS CHANGING LOL. BUT WHEN IT IS SUPER HOT THAT IS WHEN I STRUGGLE THE MOST. ALL OTHER MOISTURIZERS, ESPECIALLY FOR MY FACE, HAS BURNED MY SKIN. THIS MULTI PURPOSE DOES NOT!! I love Total Cranarchy - between Jiu Jitsu and perimenopause, my skin doesn’t know what to do with itself! I know it keeps down inflammation in my face and across my shoulders - traditional Jiu Jitsu trouble areas. It’s also great post-shave to prevent bumps. I can’t live without this product!
Love this balm. Living in high altitude dessert and training jiu jitsu 4 days a week, this balm has saved my skin.

I use this product daily. A pea size amount before BJJ and Hot yoga to protect the skin barrier and I and OBSESSED. I do have acne prone skin and as of yet, this product has not clogged my pores or caused break outs. I love knowing I’m putting great all natural chemical free products on my skin. I also had a small eczema spot on my arm that I’ve been battling all winter. After trying all things over the counter, it took this product THREE days to completely heal it. I’m still amazed.
I really love this balm. My whole life I’ve had really sensitive skin and I have a whole pharmacy of different lotions depending on what level of dry or irritated my skin is (weather changes, allergen exposures, showering frequently due to lots of training on some days, etc). This balm really replaces them all and a little goes a long way, and I just use a little more on those days I need a little extra. My husband and daughter also use it and like how it immediately addresses any itchy dry skin. There’s no harsh scents and I can keep a tube in my purse to use at work in a medical office as I need to wash my hands frequently. My coworkers are sensitive to strong scents and this balm does NOT get me any scent complaints either, as a bonus.
ALSO I really appreciate the lightweight and practical, yet tough, packaging it comes in. My husband brought the package inside the house while I was at work and my chihuahua tore open the mail packaging and box the tube was in, yet was NOT able to puncture the sturdy tube it was in. You might be able to see those teeth marks, so he did try, but this lightweight tube survived a 10 minute round with a 10 pound toothy and tough chihuahua.
This is my go to for everything. I wear it in the morning for moisture... I wear it at night to stay moisturized. But I mainly use it because I need to feel safe from breakouts at the gyms and the aerial studio. I have been complimented on how my skin is glowing and healthy (probably because I don't have inflammation and irritation anymore) :)
I got this product 3 months ago and I love it ! Only think is it leaks a bit from the top and if the cap isn’t tight it will leak from there too. But let me tell you SHE WORKSS! My micro biome feels better , skin barrier feels less sensitive and compromised. If you tired of having a raw face post training you need her !
The Total Cranarchy Multi-Use Balm has helped my girlfriend with her eczema, and it's been a game-changer. The balm soothes her skin instantly and keeps it moisturized throughout the day. I have had issues with sensitive skin ever since I started training jiu jitsu. I tried everything to prevent irritation and infections, but nothing helped. Started using it while I was recovering from surgery. I used it on my incisions, I used it as a moisturizer, and it has been amazing for my tattoos, too. I have always had skin issues and hitting perimenopause And basically going through puberty again, was not helpful to my skin. This is the first product that has worked with my skin, regardless of Jiu Jitsu It is amazing and I don’t feel self-conscious about my face anymore
I waited a few months to leave this review. I have hyper sensitive skin and I was worried that this product - like many others - would work for a bit and then my skin would flare up again. So I am super excited to be able to say that after months of use, my skin LOVES the Total Cranarchy Balm. Love this product! I started training about 2 years ago and this has helped my skin feel much better! Days I train I use this after showering and it helps my skin stay hydrated and protected! I have less breakouts!
So I have been using the cranarchy balm for about 2-3 months now and it literally leaves my skin GLOWING, I just have this nice glow to my face since I’ve used it, I just got the charcoal cleansing bar and have been using it do a few weeks and so far so good! It has not messed with my skin like I thought it might, so I’m excited to see what it does long term!
This stuff works!!! My before pic doesn’t even show the worst of how bad my skin was. It had gotten to the point where I was extremely self conscious and avoided pictures and going out. So far so good. I put it on my face and hands(knuckles) it’s works great. My cuts healed very fast and my face no new acne. You can tell this is some premium stuff. I perfer this over what my dermatologist gives me!
I absolutely love this Balm! I've used this on every trip I've taken since I bought it! Its a one stop shop for me; whole body, hair, face everything! I use this balm on the pits, feet, and any spot that I worry about chafe or blisters before I hit the trails. I never stink when i use this stuff! Its also great for days after being in the sun too. Having extremely sensitive skin i am always hesitant about new products. This was recommended by a coach and friend and I am so pleased with the results! No irritants and my skin looks radiant. The fact that it helps with jiu jitsu skin is an incredible bonus and a rare find.

I have been using this product for about 6 months now and since day 1 have fallen in love! I run all the time and have dealt with severe chaffing under my sports bra; to the point of causing wounds during my long runs. Usually people are shocked at my age because of my jiujitsu, but several younger women commented on my skin! This weekend. They didn’t believe I’m 46 because of my skin. I really love the results I’m getting from using both the charcoal soap and the balm. It has made a huge difference in my skin. It feels, plump, protected, and nourished instead of stripped. I’m so incredibly happy with the Cranarchy, I’m telling everyone I know.
For the past month, I’ve been trying out Cranarchy. Normally, I stick with coconut oil as my daily moisturizer, but I was curious to see what all the buzz was about. I have acne-prone skin and my doctor put me on a medicated wash and medication to tackle cystic acne because nothing seemed to help. I’m on the lookout for a product that can help with breakouts and also protect my skin from common BJJ skin issues like ringworm and staph. It’s definitely a concern since I tend to break out a lot!In my first week of trying Cranarchy, I used it as a moisturizer, deodorant, and for chafing. Here are my thoughts:
Pros:
- It’s super lightweight! As long as my skin is damp, it absorbs quickly and doesn’t feel greasy. I also noticed I sweat a bit more while wearing it, which is interesting!
Cons:
- The scent isn’t my favorite. Unfortunately, I did breakout on my face during the first week, which was a bit disappointing. But I didn’t give up! Now, I only use it on my neck and on skin that will be exposed during BJJ. It didn’t quite work for me as a deodorant either; I ended up feeling a bit stinky by the end of the day. For chafing, I think I’ll stick to using my trusty body glide.
Even though the tube looks generous, I don’t think it will last me very long. With the price point, I’m a bit hesitant about continuing to buy it monthly. I’m definitely planning to keep using it, but I’ll supplement with coconut oil on days when I’m not doing BJJ. Oh, and I’m not a fan of the tube itself; it cracked on the side, which was a bummer.
Overall, I’m glad I gave it a try. I'm def a fan of the charcoal soap and scrubby hand thingy that came with it.

Hey, Monique! Love hearing your honest feedback, thank you for sharing! You're smelling our green tea extract, which we included in extra high amounts to protect grapplers' skin. This particular ingredient has a very medicinal smell that is sort of hard to place, but since it's not an essential oil or an artificial fragrance, it does not linger and dissipates almost immediately. We don't mask our ingredients' natural aroma because we feel this would compromise skin health, especially for ultra-sensitive skin. Having said that, we recently updated our Balm and we lowered the amount of green tea to help the balm smell a little blander for sensitive noses. We wouldn't have been able to make this improvement without honest feedback like yours, so thank you, again! I hope you enjoy the updated formula! :)
This is the product I’ve been searching for! Finally I found a product that not only deeply moisturizes but also solved my Seborrheic dermatitis issues.
