We use a program called BixGrow to track and manage sales attributed to your link/code. You will be prompted to set up your account with BixGrow after onboarding.

BixGrow tracking links utilize a 60-day tracking cookie window. If a customer clicks your unique referral link, a purchase made within sixty (60) days of the initial click will be credited to the Affiliate, provided the customer has not cleared their browser cookies or used another affiliate's link subsequently.

All financial payouts, commission tracking, and financial reporting will be managed and distributed through the BixGrow Affiliate Marketing dashboard. You are responsible for setting up and maintaining an active, valid payment method within your BixGrow account to receive commissions. To receive payouts through BixGrow, your linked payout account must be a verified adult account.

No :) The program is completely voluntary. You can leave the program whenever you want with no penalties. If there are any pending commissions still owed to you when you leave, you will receive a final payout within 30 days.

In order to protect all parties, we ask that you sign four documents:

1. Affiliate Agreement of Terms

The Affiliate Agreement of Terms describes the contractual agreement that includes free participation, posting two times per month, receiving payment for commissions on BixGrow, the right to voluntarily leave the program whenever you want, and legal remedies should a dispute arise.

2. Mutual Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA)

The NDA is required because, as an Athlete Ambassador, you will have insider knowledge regarding marketing strategies, proprietary processes, new product launches and release dates, as well as beta testing opportunities.

3. FTC Guidelines Agreement

The FTC Agreement is a federally required document that all companies are supposed to supply for paid influencer work.

4. Onboarding Acknowledgement

The Onboarding Acknowledgement confirms that you had an opportunity to review these contracts with us and you have no questions.

We know that there are many jiu jitsu athletes who want to start building their careers at a young age. And we know there are many parents who support them on that journey.

Mil Usos is operates in California and hence is governed by California law. Due to California's lengthy history with the entertainment industry, the state has enacted child entertainer legislation to protect minors from exploitation. This legislation explicitly includes child content creators and influencers. Complying with these regulations while working with minors would prove prohibitively expensive for us. Since we are still a small business with financial limitations, we simply cannot afford to work with minors.

Please do not apply if you are under 18 years of age. If you are a parent of a minor, please do not apply on behalf of your child. Parental consent is not a legal factor sufficient to override enforcement of California law.

As an Athlete Ambassador, you will be asked to confirm and sign under penalty of perjury that you are over the age of 18 during the onboarding process. A misrepresentation of your age is subject to a permanent ban from the program as well as liability for any litigation costs or government fines incurred by Mil Usos as a result of that misrepresentation.

We are a made-in-USA brand that currently only ships domestically inside the United States. We will expand to the international market once it becomes feasible. In the meantime, it makes sense to target to our domestic market since we are only shipping within the United States at this moment.

We do not take following size into account at all. We only have four requirements to participate in this program, none of which have to do with your following size:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age.

2. You must live and work in the United States.

3. You must train a combat sport.

4. You must post about Mil Usos two times per month

Our 20% commission rate is already twice the industry standard. All Athlete Ambassadors will earn the same 20% commission rate.

It's worth noting, however, that if you have more exposure and more traffic to your page, more people will likely use your link/code to purchase at checkout. This means you will likely earn larger payouts than people with smaller followings.

Of course, earning commissions is a fantastic perk, but making sales is never a requirement—and there are zero penalties if you don't.

For many of our ambassadors, accessing these private, ultra-low prices is a favorite benefit. To keep your ambassador status active and continue using your exclusive discount, all we ask is that you post about Mil Usos at least twice a month.
