Loving the bundle. I have been using all sorts of products from Aveeno Body Wash (repeatly showering after a sweaty session meant my natural moisture was stripping) and lotions that claim to give you a moisture barrier for 24 hours. At times my forarms and waist would get tiny red spots from enflamed pores (sweating and constant friction). I constantly got acne on the chin jaw area due to face/floor mat contact. I used tea tree oil facial lotions and a lots of pimple patches. I even subscribed to an expensive facial care regimen and all that was periodically effective. Now that I am using Char Goals, Total Cranarchy, and Scuff Love, my face has calmed down and it's starting to heal. The acne has subsided so much. And the body is doing awesome. The overall product is really good. It has helped my skin immensely. But there's something about the packaging, which leads to leakage and stuff. It just feels like so much of the liquid is being wasted due to that.

I spray the Miracle Mist on my face before and after class, and am very happy to report that I am having no issues with my new tretinoin routine while also using the Miracle Mist. I also spray it on my legs when I'm wearing shorts - I've always been insecure about the heat rash / razor bumps I get on my legs and never wear shorts, but now I finally can! I would highly recommend this. Everyone at my gym is asking to use my spray now too!

I use the Undefeated spray every time after training. I train at several different locations, and one place in particular has a lot of traffic used for different types of training that require shoes. Even though the mats are cleaned before I train on them, it’s hard to trust they were cleaned up to my standards. I’m all about prevention of funky skin irritations. So I spray my face and exposed skin with UNDEFEATED after training, and my skin has done very well. No ring worm or staph infections for me!
This is the holy grail of sensitive skincare! Anyone can use it! NATURAL INGREDIENTS!!! No plastic, no phalates, no hormone disruptors. You want skincare that actually protects and nourishes the skin. I’ve been using all of Milusos products and I can finally say I have the skin I’ve always wanted. I use this product daily. A pea size amount before BJJ and Hot yoga to protect the skin barrier and I and OBSESSED. I do have acne prone skin and as of yet, this product has not clogged my pores or caused break outs. I love knowing I’m putting great all natural chemical free products on my skin. I also had a small eczema spot on my arm that I’ve been battling all winter. After trying all things over the counter, it took this product THREE days to completely heal it. I’m still amazed.
The Undefeated Miracle Mist is a top tier product. I use this after BJJ and Hot Yoga and as someone who deals with the super red post workout face, this product flips the switch almost immediately and calms the redness down. If I had to offer one critique it is the bottle does leak where the spray nozzle screws into glass bottle. When it arrived it had leaked a slight amount in the package. This also traveled all the way to Vermont so it could have also been the stress of the trip. This could absolutely just be a one off and the rest of the bottles may be fine. It would also be nice to have the bottle be slightly transparent to see how much product is in the bottle so that you can re-order before you’re all out. Again, very minor things when the product is so phenomenal.
Used it several times. Solid Solid product used it for bjj and weight lifting. I have noticed i have had to use less lotion after the shower. Aka my skin is less aggrieved.
I really love this balm. My whole life I’ve had really sensitive skin and I have a whole pharmacy of different lotions depending on what level of dry or irritated my skin is (weather changes, allergen exposures, showering frequently due to lots of training on some days, etc). This balm really replaces them all and a little goes a long way, and I just use a little more on those days I need a little extra. My husband and daughter also use it and like how it immediately addresses any itchy dry skin. There’s no harsh scents and I can keep a tube in my purse to use at work in a medical office as I need to wash my hands frequently. My coworkers are sensitive to strong scents and this balm does NOT get me any scent complaints either, as a bonus. ALSO I really appreciate the lightweight and practical, yet tough, packaging it comes in. My husband brought the package inside the house while I was at work and my chihuahua tore open the mail packaging and box the tube was in, yet was NOT able to puncture the sturdy tube it was in. You might be able to see those teeth marks, so he did try, but this lightweight tube survived a 10 minute round with a 10 pound toothy and tough chihuahua.

Mil Usos has been a blessing for my grappling journey! The soap and cream duo is the best skincare product I’ve ever used. I’ve been using them for about two months now, and my breakouts have significantly reduced. Before using this brand, my skin had been prone to mat infections for about seven to eight months. My skin has more melanin, so the recovery has been slow. But I’m getting there! However, I would have preferred the soap to be a shower gel instead of a regular soap bar (no harsh feelings, just a friendly suggestion). And, a special shoutout to Becky for making it easy for me to deal with the mailing mishaps!
This stuff is magic… I use it before and after practice and it calms angry skin overnight! It also leaves your skin really glowy and it’s super lightweight you don’t feel anything. I also love the glass packaging.

Adding to this repetoire has genuinely been changing my skin game for BJJ. My torso used to break out so much, having acne on my stomach and chest. Adding this to right before my rolls and right after my rolls and that's stopped almost entirely. My skin is so much healthier and I can't believe it's taken this long to get a product like this. I love this mist! It's so lightweight and refreshing, and really nicely unscented. I find that it helps the Total Cranarchy balm blend into my skin much more smoothly. My skin has been so glowy using this combo, especially considering how dry the winters are here. And it's definitely helped with the toddler damage I'm getting during breastfeeding. I also think this would be an excellent product for pole dancers in addition to grapplers!!
I love that this soap is for your entire body. I feel like most products that try to do multiple things at once end up not doing anything good, this soap doesn't follow that. This soap can be used for face and body and clears breakouts fast and effectively. It doesn't dry out my skin but does a great job clearing up my back and shoulder breakouts.
Completely changed my skin forever. This in combination with the charcoal soap has given me the "glassy skin" that people spend hundreds of dollars on other products for! Clear, comfortable and soft. I use before and after training for my very sensitive acne skin.
This product completely changed my skin! I love that it's a spray formula it makes it super convenient to apply right after I step off the mat. I don't have super sensitive skin but I am extremely prone to ache and breakouts, in the eight years I've been training I haven't found a product that has cleared up my skin as much as this. I also keep a bottle in my bag for when I train or need a refresh at work. My skin is very sensitive and to date, the entire Mil Usos line has been wonderful. The mist soothes my skin after a sweaty training session. The fragrance is very light. My skin feels dewy and so soft afterwards.
