I can’t live without it! I have super-sensitive skin, and this is the first product I’ve used that doesn’t cause any skin irritation. The new formulation is great; I’m really great at dropping stuff, and the new bars don’t break apart like the older bars did. Char Goals Everything Cleanser is a must-have item in my jiu jitsu bag!

Mil Usos has been a blessing for my grappling journey! The soap and cream duo is the best skincare product I’ve ever used. I’ve been using them for about two months now, and my breakouts have significantly reduced. Before using this brand, my skin had been prone to mat infections for about seven to eight months. My skin has more melanin, so the recovery has been slow. But I’m getting there! However, I would have preferred the soap to be a shower gel instead of a regular soap bar (no harsh feelings, just a friendly suggestion). And, a special shoutout to Becky for making it easy for me to deal with the mailing mishaps!
I love that this soap is for your entire body. I feel like most products that try to do multiple things at once end up not doing anything good, this soap doesn't follow that. This soap can be used for face and body and clears breakouts fast and effectively. It doesn't dry out my skin but does a great job clearing up my back and shoulder breakouts.
I can’t say enough good things about this bar! After multiple classes it makes my skin feel so clean without drying it out. Even on days I don’t train I prefer to use it for softer skin. I tell everyone about it!

Wonderful soap. Can't use anything else. My massage therapist commented that my skin was glass-like and smooth now, and I love it!!! I shower more than once a day due to sweaty sessions at the gym and it hasn't dried out my skin. I can't use anything else. I tried using Dove and NOPE, the skin was not lasting long on mat burns. To my surprise, it is working great on my thick long hair. It lathers up and rinses nicely. I don't even need conditioner. This one bar does it all. :)

I have been using Char Goals for quite some time now. I take it everywhere with me and I was severely upset with myself when I left my brand new bar in Costa Rica while training Jiu Jitsu. I’ve never used a product that works so well, so quickly. I was very skeptical that anything would be able to help my cystic acne from jiu jitsu and perimenopause (what a combo!); AND without drying out my oily skin. The charcoal bar helps minimize (not eliminate) my breakouts tremendously. However, what’s most impressive is that when the breakouts DO happen, they are smaller, less red, and are not deep angry cystic angry. It’s almost like it changed the way I breakout; less often, small, painless, and quick to clear. I don’t know what kind of magic is in the charcoal bar, but this is the only thing that washes my face now. No exceptions.
Smooth soap! Really enjoy the way it makes my skin feel, definitely a treat. Would be 5 stars if it were on the more affordable side of things. But I get it.
Been using your soap for about a month and it's great. I love that I can use it as shampoo and shaving cream as well. I also like that it's unscented. My eczema seems to be less irritated by it as well.

Everyone's talking about how effective this bar is for the face/body (which is true), but as a shampoo, it's INCREDIBLE. I have straight Asian hair that leans towards the dry side, and the bar cleanser leaves my hair smooth, lustrous, shiny and so much easier to style than my other (much more expensive) shampoos. The fact that it can be used for face and body is a plus too, and will be my go-to travel companion.
I love this product, and this company. I have sensitive skin and my face and body get beat up after jiu-jitsu. Since using the Char Goals bar, I’ve noticed my skin doesn’t get as red after training, and I actually feel clean and confident stepping back on the mats. My skin feels hydrated and healthy every time I use it. I’ll definitely be buying again.
The best soap & balm for grapplers/mma fighters.
I do two a day trainings to fit in classes since I don’t have a lot of time between work and family. Doing a class at 6 a.m. and 11 a.m. means I take it least three showers a day. I use the bar and lotion and my skin never feels dry or itchy. I can’t express how awesome these products are!

This is my second order! I received my first order on August 6, used both the products for 4 days and immediately reordered them because I never want to run out of this powerful duo. I use this soap literally head to toe. Yes. This is my new shampoo, my body soap, and my face wash because they work! In jiujitsu we come home with a ton of sweat; 50% ours & 50% our partner’s. Absolutely loved this product. I have sensitive acne prone skin so training is especially hard on my skin. Calmed down my skin within a matter of days. 100% will be reordering!!!!
I really wanted to like this product, but unfortunately so far my acne has gotten worse, not better. I’ve only been using it for a few weeks, so I’m going to give it a bit longer to see if my skin adjusts. But unfortunately so far have not been impressed, especially for the price. I don’t think it’s a bad product, it just doesn’t seem to be a good fit for me.

Love these products. Use the soap especially after doing two jiu jitsu classes in one day. Never feel dry like other soaps. I use the lotion for everything, face lotion, dry spots, lip balm and deodorant!
I had a rash on my neck for a few weeks that itched and nothing would take care of it. I tried every over the counter cream and nothing worked. A friend recommended Mil Usos soap because I do jiu jitsu and within a few days the rash started to disappear. I was amazed.
