There are two main categories of cleansers - traditional soap and surfactants. Surfactants are also known as detergents.
Char Goals uses some of the gentlest and most sophisticated surfactants available on the market. Instead of dividing up a similar formula into different bottles of shampoo, face cleanser, and body wash, we chose to create a single bar that can be used everywhere. The solid bar also allows us to avoid plastic bottle waste.
Yes! We deliberately chose lightweight and non-comedogenic oils to offer the most versatility with our moisturizer, which will hydrate all skin types without being too heavy.
Total Cranarchy more closely resembles a face oil than it does a face lotion. Since most face oils only require a few drops for successful application, you don't need that much product to moisturize your skin.
Because this is a water-free and concentrated product, it works best when used on its own. You may need to experiment with the amount that works for your skin; if the product feels too greasy, try eliminating other moisturizing products before or after application, or try using less product until you find your sweet spot.
Our products are designed to be exceptionally gentle on skin. We exclude all fragrances and essential oils and include potent skin soothers to keep skin as happy as possible.
That being said, we always recommend that you perform a patch test to see how your skin responds to any new product you are introducing to your routine.

We also recommend checking with your building management, concierge, mailroom, or neighbors to see if they received the package for you.
Unfortunately, Mil Usos cannot refund an order for lost or stolen packages.
Right now we only ship domestically within the United States. We do have plans for expansion one day, but there is no set date to begin international shipping.
